Roberta Siqueira

Dr. Siqueira has a career in education and law. A former university professor of Business Law for over 15 years, she brings over two decades of international legal experience to her practice. Having earned advanced degrees across multiple countries, she has a keen ability to bridge the legal and cultural gaps between Brazil and the United States.

Her current immigration work focuses on meticulous case organization and foreign document review as a trained paralegal, but she has dealt with a variety of complex legal matters over many years, including acting as a court-appointed trustee in Brazilian bankruptcy proceedings and authoring scholarly legal publications.
